If you’re like many acupuncturists, you want to set up a website, but you don’t want the hassle or expense. It can cost $300 and up to have a website designed for you, then you have to pay around $10 a month for hosting. Even then you have to write all the pages and figure out everything before the web designer even starts work.

It’s a huge hassle.

We get around this by providing you with pre-written pages. You just fill in some basic information, like your name, clinic name, phone number, etc. and we automatically customize it for you. Instead of spending days or weeks agonizing about your site and what to put in it, it’s done for you in minutes. All the pages about conditions, FAQ, clinic information, etc. are created for you. You can always change any page to exactly how YOU want it. It’s almost as easy as sending an email.

That’s why I’m pretty excited about this. I’ve always wanted to provide website services. The problem has been expense - it would be way too expensive to hire me to set up your site. Don’t get me wrong, low cost doesn’t mean low quality. You would have a hard time finding a comparable website service that pays the same attention to details at any price. If money were no object, this is EXACTLY what I would do anyway.

Our website service is based on Wordpress, which started out as a blog software, but evolved into a truly elegant website software. Wordpress simply is the most elegant, easy-to-use, and feature-rich software for running a website out there. As I write this, Wordpress 2.6 was released two weeks ago, with new features for saving drafts and revisions. It’s a great system, and it’s only going to get better over time.

We also provide unlimited support and videos to help you do what you want. (A great system isn’t so great if it’s not really easy to work with, right?)
